Our registered office is at 30 N Gould St. , Ste 2478, Sheridan, WY 82801 .

    • We profile leads and those interested to see if people to ensure that our prospects are a good fit for our products and services. .

    • When we share personal data, we do so in accordance with Data Protection law. We may share certain personal data, where necessary, with employees, contractors, consultants or advisers, to facilitate sales and for general commercial purposes. We do not share personal data or account data with our partners or third-party software tools unless it specifically enhances the abilities or functionality for our clients, users, or customers. We may obtain data about our customers such email, names, geographic information, and other similar types of data for personal marketing purposes.

      • we do not store personal data in a form which identifies you for any longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing; and

  3. WHAT IS OUR LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?
    • We will only process personal data when we have a lawful basis for doing that processing. The table at the end of this notice sets out the lawful basis we rely on for each type of data we process.
    • We will choose one of the lawful bases in the GDPR to justify how we use your personal data. These are:
      • Consent: You have given consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes.
      • Contract: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
      • Legal obligation: We need to process your personal data to comply with a legal obligation.
      • Vital interests: The processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of you or another person.
      • Public interest: Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of some official authority.
      • Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us or someone else, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of your personal data.
  4. Agreement with Google Inc, Google API Services (Owned and Operated by Alphabet Inc). 
    • To comply with Google’s Terms of Service, we confirm that we comply with all of Google API Services terms required for companies and individuals that use Google APIs and access Google’s data thereof. 
    • SMBreviewer (smbreviewer.com) Application
      • Manner of Use: 
        • SMBreviewer.com uses Google’s API services to connect to Google’s APIs to connect our tool to your Google Sheets on your Google account. We don’t actually pull data from your Google account, but we do need access to your Google Sheets located within your Google Drive to funnel and input lead and review information to the specific Google Sheets spreadsheet that you choose. By using OAUTH to connect SMBreviewer to your Google Sheets, you confirm that you give permission to the SMBreviewer application (smbreviewer.com) to funnel information from our Review Capture feature to your Google Sheets. 
      • Storage:
        • Since SMBreviewer doesn’t receive any data from your Google , and Google Drive accounts, we don’t store any data from Google on our servers. 
    • SMBrepute (smbrepute.com) Application
      • Manner of Use: 
        • SMBrepute.com uses Google’s API services to connect to Google’s APIs, including Google My Business’s API, to pull information about your Google Analytics for your websites, as well as data provided by Google about your Google My Business business pages. By using OAUTH to connect SMBreviewer to your data sourced from Google, you confirm that you give permission to the SMBrepute application to access and pull data about your Google properties to generate information about your businesses or your data via Google Analytics.  We do not sell, distribute, or share this data with anyone else, ever. 
      • Storage:
        • We temporarily store this data on our secure servers located in Australia in partnership with MyPresences. MyPresences safeguards this data by using Amazon’s (aws.mazon.com) servers. This data is instantly deleted when your accounts are disconnected, or if your SMBrepute account is discontinued. There is no retention period for the data.
